I'm an experience designer whose path has been equal parts choice and chance. My background spans startups, healthcare, and large-scale consumer products.

Currently at Singtel, I lead and contribute to complex web and mobile journeys across broadband, customer support, and acquisition. I design within complex systems to improve conversion, reduce operational friction, and scale consistent experiences across products.

Previously at telehealth startup WhiteCoat Global, I led research and design initiatives to ship meaningful improvements to internal workflows and tools for clinicians.

Having worked across vastly different contexts, I’m comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and designing systems that hold up beyond individual screens.

Outside work, I climb fake rocks and get crafty with fabrics.
